The Future Dupuy's

Our story, for those who have been here since the true beginning, it’s an interesting one. For those who are not close, it's the sweetest and most authentic you'll hear. Statia and Chance met in college in choir, Statia's freshman year, Chance's sophomore year. To be honest, Statia thought Chance and his friends were annoying constantly giggling across the room during class. Eventually Statia joined them at the good ol' Weenie Hut (if you know, you know), and became pretty close. Their friendship was good until it wasn't. Things didn't work out, so they went their separate ways and didn't talk for two years. Chance reached out to Statia in 2019 and went to her senior recital; it was like nothing had happened. Statia knew Chance was the one for her (in the very beginning), but especially knew when he drove six hours to her hometown to visit TWICE in ONE MONTH. They hadn't even started "dating dating" yet, haha! Next thing they knew, they took their first international trip to Canada (still not dating yet) and then were sold on each other. Many years of travelling, love, and being their happiest selves have happened since Statia first told him "I like your shoes" or the accidental "I love you." Neither of them would change a single moment.
