Question

How about social distance and safety?

Answer

We'll try our best to make it safe for you. We ask that you do your part, maintain as much distance as you're comfortable with, and respect the comfort of others. To help ease any concerns, we will be checking temperatures before entry and yes, we're okay with you wearing a mask. If you need a mask, we'll have them available.

Do I have to RSVP? By When?

Answer

Yes please! And we'd love to have your decision by Sunday, August 15.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your RSVP already includes a guest, we can't go beyond the limited seating.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

They are a blessing, but tonight is adults only! Exceptions can be made for those without any other choice (out-of-towners, etc.).

Where will I be seated during the ceremony?

Answer

Sit on either side EXCEPT the first three rows. They are reserved for our immediate families, and please: be considerate of others when filling in the rows and scoot over if ya have to!

Where will I be seated during the reception?

Answer

Refer to the seating chart located just outside the reception ballroom.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Why yes, of course we'll have one. And we'll have an awesome staff running not only the bar, but the buffet as well!

Are all events at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and send off are at the same place: The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen.

Parking?

Answer

The Venue has a HUGE parking lot. It's free!

Why don't you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is more than enough, so please: no gifts! If you'd like to help us enter this new chapter of our lives, you are welcome to help out with whatever amount you want. The newlywed fund is available at the registry link and the envelope box will be to the right when you enter the reception area.
