When and where are the wedding events?

Answer

The wedding will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2026, beginning with the ceremony at 1:45pm at St. Hubert's Catholic Church in Harrison Twp, MI. The doors for cocktail hour will open at 4:30pm with alcohol being served from 5-6pm at The Ballroom at the Historic Michigan National Bank in Port Huron, MI. The reception will be held from 6-11pm at the same venue with dinner being served at approximately 6:45pm. Addresses can be found under the schedule tab on our website.

When is the RSVP deadline for the wedding?

Answer

April 16th, 2026. Please reply by this date at our RSVP tab on the website.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that all guests wear black-tie or formal attire. For the gentlemen, this includes suit jackets, dress shirts, and dress pants. Tuxedos are not required. For the ladies, this includes midi or full length formal dresses. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or champagne color dresses.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do! If you feel inclined, there is a registry linked on our website where guests can find physical gift options to help us begin our life together. We appreciate your support and generosity.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue constraints we are only able to accommodate the individuals listed on your invite RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will be adult-only.

Will there be lodging accommodations?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel which is approximately five minutes from the reception venue. Please note this block is reserved for the night before the wedding (15-16th) and the night of the wedding (16-17th) so ensure you select the correct dates when booking. You can find the link to reserve a room under the travel tab on our website.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttle transportation provided to and from the hotel and reception venue. The shuttle will run from 4:30-5:30pm and from 10pm-12am.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

For the cocktail hour/reception, there is a reserved parking lot at the back of the building. There will be a door leading directly from the parking lot into the venue where you will find the event space.

What do I do if I have a food allergy/restriction?

Answer

There will be a section of the RSVP response that allows you to indicate your menu selection as well as any dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! Please enjoy drinks on us but do so responsibly. Your ID will be required to be served alcohol.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not to use cell phones or cameras to take photos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will be capturing all of the special moments.

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from posting photos from the cocktail hour or reception until after we are able to post our own professional photos from the photographer.
