Hotel
The resort is all-inclusive- yay! Each room comes with a butler that will ask you to download WhatsApp so you can communicate with them throughout your stay. They will help you with any questions or get you anything you need for the room- it is truly wonderful. Of the many restaurants on the resort, there are two that require reservations (hibachi and french) and the butler will help you make reservations for those as well- we never had a problem getting a reservation! Each room comes with a fully stocked fridge (tons of water bottles, beer, juice, and soda), a bottle of champagne and premium liquor, a coffee machine, an iron or steamer, a hair dryer, and a safe! Although the spa is not included in the all-inclusive, we highly recommend you try it- it was lovely, reasonably priced, and included a hydrotherapy experience with mimosas after! ** REMINDER: do not drink the tap water. All water and ice cubes provided by the resort are safe, we never got sick. However, steer clear of sink water. You can ask any bartender for water bottles too, but they restock your fridge daily.***
Flight
Once you arrive at the airport- you do not need anyone to take/carry your bags- they will expect tips for this (do not get fooled like the bride did, they are not just being nice lol) Additionally, for the return trip home, we highly recommend using the VIP section of the airport - it is $20 USD per person to skip all the lines (security, customs, etc)- took us about 5 minutes using this experience! This can be paid at the aiport.
Travel Note
We highly recommend booking the shuttle to/from the airport through the resort with Go Majestic. The ride from the airport to the resort is about 25 minutes, however this doubles during evening rush hour traffic (appx 45pm)
