We're gettin Hitched

We met at a bar in downtown La Crosse during Oktoberfest. It was my first Fest and I decided to meet up with mutual friends to have a few drinks. David arrived with a buddy and walked straight over to ask me if I'd like to dance. He didn't even know my name, and I didn't know his, but we danced and the rest was history! Funny how fate works like that sometimes.

We were visiting Casa Loma, a beautiful castle-inspired estate in Toronto, Canada. While walking through the wooded gardens, David chose a secluded area and asked me to stop so he could take my picture next to a huge tree. He told me "there's something I want to ask you"... as he got down on one knee. I remember nodding yes through tears that threatened to spill over, then I hugged him as he spun me around. David laughed and told me I was vibrating with happiness and excitement. We can't wait to share our special day with everyone! See you in October!
