Bride
The star of the show!
Groom
This day is all about him!
Flower Girl
This little spit fire couldn't lack any personality or sass. Some say she might take after the Bride and maybe her Mother, Jayme. We just all hope she "likes people today" on the wedding.
Ring Bearer
Ladies, be careful. This one could steal your heart. He is hands down the sweetest boy who enjoys outdoor recess and the library.
Maid of Honor
We share the same parents, brother and now the same city!. Our 8 year age difference only makes out bond as sisters and best friends that much more special. I'll never forget the moment where I thought she might disown me as a sister when Natalie and I casually tricked her into hiking 20 miles with us in Big Bend. Since she has recovered and the trauma has subsided she is all about hanging routes with me on any adventure.
Bridesmaid
Being Marks younger sister she has been one of our biggest fans throughout our relationship and engagement. Once we finally got to meet we bonded over our love for white claw and passion for travel and adventure. We once surprised Mark with sky diving in Corpus Christi, TX. Nothing like testing future love and a sister-in-law with out a little free fall.
Bridesmaid
We met back in college where Amanda was much more outgoing than myself. She came into my dorm ate sheet cake with a fork straight out of the pan and then casually asked for my computer password after inviting herself into my room. We played college softball together for 3 years (left side strong side) and we have since shared so many memories!
Bridesmaid
we grew up just miles apart and have been roommates for the past 3 years. Given this timeline there is not much we don't share with one another. From being angels in our preschool Christmas program to skipping showers for 5 days to backcountry camp and hike we remain well rounded.
Bridesmaid
We first met working at the same boutique/coffee shop in high school. I had initial judgments when I caught her watering a fake plant but we became the best co-workers and friends.
Bridesmaid
We met back in the Red Hot Chili Pepper days (softball team not band). It may have taken Katie an entire season to warm up and talk to me but once she did we became close friends and have remained close ever since. We continued playing softball throughout our college days just against one another which wasn't near as fun or successful.
Best Man
Matthew has always been my little brother. Being the middle child, Matthew has always given my mother the most grief, but is a big ol softy at the end of the day. He likes all of the same things I do, and is growing up to be quite the strapping young man. He is more of a friend than a brother, and we have many hunting and fishing adventures ahead of us.
Best Man
Andrew and I have known each other since about the 3rd grade, but have been best friends since the 6th grade. After a Boy Scout summer camp, we spent the rest of the summer fishing, riding bikes and driving each other’s parents crazy (mainly his mom, Mrs. Kathy). We were roommates in college down in corpus in engineering school, and still hunt and fish together whenever we can.
Groomsman
Alex and I have been friends since high school. We spent many not-sober weekends at the lake and bay house, while also fishing and hunting. Alex also went to corpus for school, and whenever engineering school wasn’t kicking my butt we would go fishing. He also helped me with my saltwater addiction post school and would take me out fishing for a long weekend and he still comes to Kansas to shoot ducks when he can.
Groomsman
Pat and I met in Kansas while both volunteering for Ducks Unlimited. Pat was basically brainwashed to be an avid hunter, as well as I, and once we both figured out we had an equal obsession, we have become each other’s main hunting buddy. Besides all of the beer we have drank together, we have become close friends and now (only 2 miles apart) neighbors. Pat is one of those guys you can always call and will be there in 5 minutes to help a friend.
Groomsman
The first time I met Brad, Becca had already told him and her dad so much about me. They both knew I was obsessed with bird hunting, and that I was a little more than a friend who she brought a plate from the annual Dunlop Women Christmas Cookie Baking Operation. Brad is like me and likes to hunt. Do you see a pattern here? I am slowly converting him to a waterfowl hunter, and he doesn’t seem to be mad about it.
Groomsman
Brett and I met at work up in Kansas City. I was talking to someone about my weekend (which naturally I was hunting) and I’ll never forget that Brett popped his head over the cubicle and said, “Did someone say, hunting?” Between waterfowl hunting, turkey hunting, and upland hunting, Brett and I have plenty to talk about at work that’s not work, and we make it out in the field when we can. I also have about half of his tools in the garage working on Becca and I’s house.
