We respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception except for immediate family.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits and ties for men. The venue is outside, please dress for the weather. Stiletto heels are not recommended due to the uneven ground and grass.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. It will be a curated list of exclusive Hummingbird Estate wine, a few beer options, some N/A and gluten-free options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be ample parking available on site at Hummingbird. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will not be any organized transportation. We recommend using Uber or Lyft if you will be consuming alcohol. There is ample parking on site at the venue if you plan to drive.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There will likely be a "Welcome Party" meet up on Friday after the Rehearsal Dinner has concluded. I would love to visit with out of town guests! More details to follow.
