Is there a dress code?

Not really, but cocktail/semi-formal would be the suggested attire. Maria will be in a dress. Andy and Myles will wear suits.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking ramp at the Best Western Preimier Waterfront (reception location) that is a one block walk from the ceremony. There is also a small, shared parking lot in front of Community Church - New City.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No need - they are only one block away from each other!
