Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

A stunning Victorian glasshouse located in Pittsburgh’s Schenley Park. Founded in 1893, it features beautifully curated indoor and outdoor gardens, seasonal flower shows, and exotic plant collections from around the world. After visiting Phipps, consider heading over to The Porch at Schenley for food and drinks and see the University of Pittsburgh's famous Cathedral of Learning!

Carnegie Museum of Natural History

Because who doesn't love dinosaurs? The Carnegie Museum of Natural History is famous for its incredible dinosaur exhibits, including one of the largest T. rex collections, plus cool displays of gems, wildlife, and fossils. When you visit the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, you can also see the Carnegie Museum of Art! (And we know Chris loves art museums!) The two museums share the same building, so one ticket gives you access to both. The museums are also a short distance from both Pitt and Carnegie Mellon campuses!

Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium
