FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal cocktail attire. Think elevated and polished, but comfortable enough for dancing!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation included “and Guest,” you are welcome to bring a plus-one. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can stay within venue guidelines.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

No, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, the ceremony will take place at the Thursday Club. Cocktail hour and reception will take place at BRICK. Please refer to the "Schedule" page for their addresses. Free transportation will be provided from the Thursday Club to BRICK.

Question

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

Thursday Club (ceremony venue) has street parking in the neighborhood where there are plenty of parking spaces. For BRICK (reception venue), parking is free and public in Liberty Station. In particular, the Sea-Hive Station's large parking lot often has available spots.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors around sunset. The cocktail hour and reception will primarily be indoors. Guests will also be outdoors briefly for photos or transitions. Please dress accordingly for the season. It will likely be around 70°F during the day and 55°F at night.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone keeps phones away for an unplugged ceremony so our photographer can capture everything without distractions. Phones are welcome again during cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! You can find our registry on the “Registry” page of our website.

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Our caterer can accommodate most needs with advance notice.

Question

What happens if I can’t attend?

Answer

If you’re unable to join us, please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly—no worries at all, we’ll miss you!
