We met in Classroom 108 on the first day of school (which is really the first day of work) in 2011. He walked into the room to help a friend organize English novels and introduced himself. After a year or so of polite hallway conversation and using our subject as an excuse to talk to one another, our personalities just seemed to click and the rest is history!

He tried his best to plan a weekend getaway to her "home away from home" in Vermont. Not knowing the weekend would be filled with obstacles, he stuck to his plan. After a Blueberry Festival parade blocking the main street to the mountain and Sara almost finding the ring in the backpack, they managed to hike to the top of Mount Snow. Sitting in front of the beautiful view right next to the chairlift, he turned and said "So do you know why we're here?" and of course she responded "YES!"
