Let's get this party started! We have a new date and are ready to rock!

Our first date was spent paddle boarding Lake Michigan, followed by tacos and margaritas. We bonded over mutual love of interesting food, classic cocktails, music, and comedy to name a few. Matt was busy preparing for a backpacking trip through Yellowstone at the end of the month, so we made plans to see one another once he returned. When he got back, looking more grizzled than before, we started dating. Since then, we have explored new restaurants and old favorites, attended comedy shows and concerts, and backpacked through the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We quickly knew that we were a great match and on an extended weekend, Matt asked Amy to be his wife. Since then they have planned a wedding, postponed a wedding, bought a house, planned a smaller wedding, got married, got a new dog, and NOW they are ready to celebrate!
