What is the attire for the wedding?

Dress to impress! We are kindly requesting that wedding guests dress in formal attire such as suits with ties and mid-length or floor length dresses.

Will there be a designated smoking area at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be a non-smoking and non-vaping celebration. There will be no designated smoking or vaping areas at Historic Ashland as these activities are prohibited for the entirety of the event. Thank you for your understanding!

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

No, we have not reserved a block of rooms at a hotel. We know that a lot of people use rewards points for different hotel chains so we wanted to let guests choose where they felt most comfortable staying. However, we do highly recommend the Yorktowne Hotel! It is newly renovated, has a magnificent rooftop bar, and is located near several popular restaurants in York. This hotel is located at 48 E. Market St. York, PA 17401.
