How do I RSVP?

Answer

Right here on this website under the "RSVP" section. Make sure to fill out both the 'ceremony' portion and the 'reception' portion if you are invited to both.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

The VERY last day you can RSVP will be March 31st, 2025. For both ceremony/supper and recption. Our catering company needs a guaranteed number of guests 2 months prior to the wedding day. Once we submit that number to the catering company, we can not change it.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No, please don't. The invites only pertain to the people they are addressed to. There is a very limited amount of space available at the ceremony, supper, and reception, and we very careful planned out the guest list. Any extra people who are brought along will not have a place to sit at any events.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Arrive on the Friday the 13th (the day before the BIG day), because when you book your room/condo/cabin your reservation is minimum of 2 nights. Enjoy the whole weekend!

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

At the location called "The Vale". It is behind the Resort, there is a walking path leading you to it.

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not sitting in the reserved seats for immediate family/parents, you can sit where ever you like. Does not matter what side. Just sit, and enjoy.

We only got an invitation for the reception, what does that mean?

Answer

That means that we only have a very limited space at the ceremony and for supper. As much as we absolutely wanted every single person to attend all the events of the day, it was quite impossible to do so, since the reception space allows almost double the seats as the ceremony and supper allows.

Answer

In the Wapiti room. It is located downstairs in the Resort.

How do I know where to sit, and at what table, at the reception?

Answer

There will be numbered tables, and every person will have a designated table number.

What time will supper be?

Answer

5PM sharp!

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Answer

At this time (unless a better system for this is put into place), please text Cassidy if you have a special dietary requirement BEFORE MARCH 31ST! We and our catering team will do our best to accommodate your special requirement!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Party on! But be responsible.

What is the dress code? And what shoes should I wear?

Answer

Where whatever you are comfortable in! If you want to dress according to the theme and match what most of the family will will be wearing, dress in a country-chic/western way. Wear your nicest cowboy boots! Or your fanciest pearl snap shirt! Or a cute summery sun dress! Or whatever is most comfortable to dance in! But wear whatever you want, but just remember that there will be tons of photos, professional and candid.

Answer

Country, western, romantic, moody, boho and sylvan.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

NO! Please do not. Your phone will be slapped out of your hand. Just please wait until we walk down the aisle to leave at least. We paid A LOT of money for a professional photographer, please do not get in her way and have your phone in the photos.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

No, we do not. To put it simply, we do not need any gifts. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift to help us start our new chapter together would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your love and support, and we can't wait to see you at our wedding!!
