Question

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 12th, 2020

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Unless you've been asked to arrive earlier for photos, please plan on arriving around 4:45pm.

Is it ok to take pictures/video with our cell phones or cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you turn off your devices for the ceremony and be completely present with us. We are live streaming the ceremony and have hired professional photographers and we will share these with you.

Question

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Answer

Neither of us will be changing our names. We will remain Christopher Mangione & Caitlin Duncan.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

There is parking available, but it is somewhat limited. Please plan to share rides if possible. We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotels in Red Wing, so car can be parked and left at the hotels for guests staying the night.

Are you taking any measures to limit the transfer of germs at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that our guests not come to our wedding if you're not feeling well (if it's short notice, that's ok). Please take your temperature the morning before the wedding to decide if you should come or not. While at the wedding, masks, hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes will be provided to keep everyone safe. If you decide that it is safer to not attend in-person, we will be live streaming the ceremony so you may choose to attend in that capacity.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please plan accordingly, considering practical footwear and layers.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

I don't feel comfortable attending due to the pandemic. Is there another option?

Answer

We will be live streaming the ceremony for those who can't join us. To view this, please visit our other wedding website, withjoy.com/duncanmangione.

Question

Will I be required to wear a mask?

Answer

We ask that when you're getting food or drinks, you wear your mask. We also ask that you wear one in situations where you will be in close proximity to those who aren't in your family.

What if it rains?

Answer

If it rains please bring an umbrella. There will be tents, but due to the layout, they will be spread throughout the area and you will want an umbrella to travel between tents.

Will there be a rehearsal dinner or Sunday brunch?

Answer

No, the surrounding events have been canceled.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the hotel for the ceremony promptly at 4:20pm. Check in is at 4pm. The shuttle will return to the hotel at 10pm and 11:30pm.
