The Night Before

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Join us the night before the big day for a bonfire by the beach! We can't wait to kick off the celebrations with our favourite people and let everyone meet. This will be a relaxed night with music, food and a few drinks. We're hoping the Scottish weather will co-operate with us but just in case remember to bring an extra layer or two!

Step into the magic of the forest and join us for a ceremony beneath the trees, followed by drinks and a delicious feast in the cozy barn. Then, the real fun begins — an evening of lively Ceilidh dancing awaits, so don’t forget your dancing shoes! Please let us know your selection from the below menu Starters: - Lentil Soup with Rustic Bread - Sautéed Wild Mushrooms in a Creamy Garlic and Thyme Sauce - On Toasted Sourdough - Dressed in Micro Herbs Mains: - Roasted Pumpkin and Butternut Risotto with Fresh Herbs, and Freshly Shaved Parmesan - Vegetarian Haggis Wellington dressed with Whisky Sauce accompanied by Garlic and Rosemary Roast Potatoes, Honey and Thyme Glazed Root Vegetables, and Tenderstem Broccoli Dessert: - Lemon Curd Cheesecake, Berry Compote and Vanilla Ice Cream - Warm Chocolate Brownie with Local Berries and Vanilla Ice Cream

The Morning After
