Transportation to Stone Acres Farm will be provided from the Mystic Marriott and the Inn at Stonington. A bus will leave each location at 3pm and a second bus will leave the Mystic Marriott at 3:30. There will also be a bus at the end of the Reception that will take everyone to the after party, and then back to Stone Acres and take that group to the hotels.
The wedding will take place completely outdoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be enjoyed in the garden which is completely grass- so please plan footwear accordingly! The reception will take place under a tent, so we will be protected from the elements should that be necessary. Please remember to keep an eye on the weather! We will do our best to make sure everyone is comfortable but only have so much control over mother nature.
The dress code for the wedding is formal. This means: suit for the guys, and a mid to long dress for the ladies. In fitting with the venue we encourage you to wear colors and patterns. We love your children, but we want everyone to be able to enjoy the night! As such, this will be an adults only wedding.
Yes! Both Mystic Yacht Club and Stone Acres Farm have a small parking lot at the venue entrance. That said, we encourage you to try to carpool or take the organized shuttles where possible.
