What should I wear?
Answer
We are requesting our guests to wear garden formal attire - elegant yet summery, colorful, and lightweight fabrics. This is not black tie or ballroom formal - no tuxedos or full ball gowns required! Ladies Please wear a formal ankle-length cocktail dress (or dressy jumpsuit). We would love to have our day be colorful, so when choosing your outfit think of garden-inspired, summery colors - bright pastels, floral prints, and sunny hues! If possible, kindly avoid light blue. Gentlemen Please wear a suit and tie. Feel free to add florals, fun patterns, or colorful ties and pocket squares! A classic black or navy suit works great too. Dress to impress, but keep it lightweight and comfortable for a summer celebration! What is the weather like in Ohio in August?

Expect classic late-summer Ohio weather: warm and sunny with daytime highs typically in the low-to-mid 80s°, cooling to comfortable lows in the mid-60s° by evening. The day often feels warm and somewhat humid—think breezy sunshine perfect for outdoor photos and ceremonies, with partly cloudy skies and plenty of natural light. While brief afternoon showers or thunderstorms are possible (as in any Midwest summer), many August days are dry and beautiful - ideal for celebrating!
