Our venue's address inclusive of the ceremony and reception is 13497 Ashland Road, Ashland VA 23832. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to where the ceremony will take place. The venue is wheelchair accessible and there will be a golf cart to help assist.
We will be providing shuttle service between the Marriott and venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle (more details to come). After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel. Guests are also allowed to leave cars at the venue overnight. If you would prefer to drive to the venue, there are ample parking spaces available.
We have reserved a room block at the Marriott. Please book your stay by September 18th, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link on the travel tab or mention the Dunbar Quigley wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a chicken, beef, and vegetarian/vegan option available. If you have any food allergies, please make Sammy and Brennan aware.
We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.
