When do I need to RSVP by?

You must officially RSVP utilizing this website by 11/1/2024.

Will there be children at the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones and cherish their joy and energy, but we have decided to have an adults-only celebration. This allows all our guests to relax and enjoy the evening without distractions. We hope you can join us for a night of celebration and fun! Thank you for understanding.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The nearest airport to our wedding venue is Sarasota Airport, which is only a few miles away. Alternatively, Tampa is not nearby (is about an hour away) and may have more flight options.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend cocktail attire for women and a suit or dress pants with a dress shirt for men. Feel free to add a splash of color! The wedding and dinner portion of the reception will be held on grass so keep that in mind when choosing your footwear.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have reserved plus ones for specific attendees. If upon your online RSVP, you see a section to include an additional guest, then you have been granted a plus one seat with an unknown name. If you are not going to utilize the plus one, just RSVP no for the unknown guest.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue, in front of the estate. Please follow the signage towards the back of the house for the ceremony location.

What will be served?

Answer

Appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served following cocktail hour, and will be family style. The menu is TBD, so please let us know if you have any severe allergies we need to take into consideration at kirstind09@gmail.com. For drinks, we will have an open bar!

What is the nearest accommodation to the venue?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Aloft Sarasota and at the Hilton Garden Inn. Check the travel tab for more information and links to the room blocks! Additionally, there are quite a few other hotels and AirBnB's near the venue. If you are interested in reserving a room through one of the blocks, please do so before they fill up!

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

We will not have a shuttle service, but we will be providing rideshare codes for use. Check back for further details closer to the wedding.
