What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Black-Tie Optional/Formal Men: Get out that suit, tuxedos and ties not required but if you want to, go for it! Please no polos-save them for golf & work ;) Women: It is time to wear that dress you have been dying to wear! Floor length gown or fancy cocktail dress, whichever you prefer. *If you are in need of a rental suit, Ryan has a great website. Please reach out.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Most likely cold. Bring your winter stuff, plan ahead, watch the weather. The wedding will be indoors but that doesn’t mean you won’t be cold going to and from places over the weekend.

How far is the resort from the airport?

Answer

Msp: 2.5 hours Brainerd: 25 minutes St. Cloud: 1 hour 15 minutes Brainerd & St. Cloud are small airports and will most likely have connecting flight in MSP. *If you plan on flying into Brainerd please reach out as someone may be able to come pick you up.

I want to rent a car and ride share with someone

We highly suggest planning ahead and sharing rental cars to help with cost! Please reach out to find out who you could share with.

How far is the resort from the venue?

Answer

24 minutes but don’t worry, we will have a shuttle for you if you would like. To and from the venue from Craguns :)

Can I wear jeans?

Answer

We kindly ask you refrain from wearing jeans as this will be a black-tie optional/formal event.

What color is the bridal party?

Answer

Our lovely bridal party will be in greens, so please refrain from wearing that color. We want them to stand out!

Do I need to go to the welcome event, after party, or brunch?

Answer

No, this is completely optional! We wanted to have this option for anyone who is available. We are beyond thankful for everyone traveling that we want to spend as much time as possible with everyone. We understand travel can be difficult.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

If you do not want to ride the shuttle and/or are going straight to the venue, there is plenty of parking! Your car is also able to stay overnight until noon the next day.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited. Please check your invite for a +1

Can I bring my child?

Answer

If the invitation says “And Family”, then yes. If not, please just bring yourself.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts.
