What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at 12:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 1:00pm with reception to follow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie-optional, formal, cocktail, semi-formal, or dressy casual attire. Please no jeans or t-shirts. Our wedding colors are dark earth tones. Ladies, please be mindful of shoe choice. We do not recommend pointy heels as the outside area is mostly grass and stone. Please be mindful, it will be cold at night this time of year in Three Forks. We recommend checking the forecast before packing. Whatever you feel will keep you warm will be perfect!

Answer

Only if you have received a plus one on your invitation may you bring a date

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue with close parking to the building if you are needing assistance

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to pick up guests at the Holiday Inn in Belgrade at 12:00pm and leave by 12:15pm on the wedding day to bring guests to the ceremony and reception if they choose to take the shuttle. The shuttle will return to the venue throughout the night at 8:00pm and 10:30pm to bring guests back to the Holiday Inn in Belgrade. Please note, you do not need to be staying at the hotel to take the shuttle. You may park nearby the hotel and take the shuttle to the venue in Three Forks if you wish. If you have not RSVP'd "yes" to this event, you may still take the shuttle as there is ample space available.
