You haven’t played bingo until you’ve played musical bingo. Beginning at 7 p.m. Elliot will lead us for two rounds of play — 30 seconds a song, mark ‘em if you’ve got ‘em, single, doubles, and prizes to boot. We’ll throw in a couple’s dance between rounds, but otherwise dancing and sing-a-longs are highly encouraged!!!
So, this is awkward.... We have decided on a destination, micro-wedding in Wyoming. Unfortunately not everyone is invited to the private ceremony on August 8, but everyone is invited to celebrate with us the following Saturday evening for drinks, hors d'oeuvres and music bingo.
Street parking is limited, but there is a free parking garage just south of the venue behind the large glass building. The venue is also just on the Iowa side of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and parking is also available on the Nebraska side. River's Edge Park also has a public parking lot that is accessible from Harrah's Boulevard.
For best results — and a MUCH easier route — travel from Nebraska and follow Interstate 480 across the Missouri River. Merge to the right lane immediately and take Riverside EXIT 0. Then travel down to south 40th/41st Street. Turn left toward the new riverside development area. Cross the dedicated bikelane and turn left. The venue is straight ahead and the parking garage is on your left.
River’s Edge Pavilion is located just north of Harrah’s Casino with an access road connecting it beside Dodge Golf Course. The couple and some family will be staying there, but you can also find nearby accommodations near Ameristar Casino, Mid America Center or in North Downtown Omaha near TD Ameritrade Park. The venue is just a short walk from Omaha as it is located on the east side of the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge.
