This resort is right across the lake from our venue, and it is the property where the wedding party will be staying! Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue from this location. 3-Bedroom Condo suites are available! Use this link or the code "GDLWED" to book within our block at a significant discount from Friday 1/27/2023 - Monday 1/30/2023. You can extend your stay to check in before Friday and/or check out after Monday by contacting our hotel coordinator, Crystal Moxam. She can be reached by phone at 702-628-9467 or by email at crystal.moxam@hgv.com. Two-night stay minimum is required for each reservation. Cut-off date to book with our rate is 12/27/2022. *Contracted rates do not include daily resort fee of $16.95 + 12.5% tax and a $200 refundable incidental deposit (collected at check-in). If you would like to extend your stay to check in before 1/27 or to check out after 1/30/2023, please book a reservation for at least 2 nights available. Then you can email our contact, Crystal, with your reservation information, and she will be able to add days on before or after the weekend! No deposit is required during the reservation booking process. The first night room charge plus tax will be collected 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservation modifications can be made, based upon availability, until 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a penalty of first night plus tax. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.

This is the second hotel option that is right on Lake Bryan! This hotel does not offer room blocks, but the rooms are very reasonably priced and smaller than the Grand Beach Resort.
