When should I RSVP by?

Answer

June 2nd is the DEADLINE!! Please have it in as soon as you get your invitations so we can make appropriate plans. After June 2nd we will assume that you aren't coming and RSVP will be closed. Thank you ^3^

Question

Where should I fly into? Is there public transportation to & from Denver?

Answer

Please fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). The airport is located roughly 30 minutes from downtown Denver and the hotels listed on the "Travel" tab. Please plan accordingly. Additionally, there is a public train to and from the airport that drops off and picks up in Downtown Denver at Union Station. Union Station is roughly 0.5 miles from the hotels. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 2 pm so please arrive at LEAST 15 min beforehand so you can get a good seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, see the dress code for each event under Schedule. Although for the ceremony the church asks that there aren't any dresses that show too much cleavage.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation allows for a date then yes, otherwise we're sorry but we've reached our limit on how many people can be at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The two hotels that we currently have wedding blocks for are the Renaissance and the Residence Inn. You can find those links on the Travel tab.

Is there parking at the hotels?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at both hotels, it is about $59 daily for the Renaissance and $39 daily for the Residence Inn, OR you can park in the parking garage a street down called SP+ Parking at the Independence Plaza on Curtis Street for less than $10 a day. It is better to just pay as you go if you want in and out privileges instead of paying for overnight (it's much cheaper). You can pay and look it up on the SpotHero.com or Spot Hero App.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, when you RSVP there will be a question at the bottom. Please tell us there as soon as possible so that we can make accommodations with our caterers for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is FREE parking for the ceremony across the street if you go to the kiosk and enter Holy Ghost Church 1312. There are instructions for parking on both event descriptions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no transportation to and from the ceremony. We tried really hard to get hotels that are really close to the church so its walkable. There will be no transportation to the reception venue either, BUT there will be a shuttle at the end of the night to the two hotels from the venue.
