Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To help us accommodate everyone comfortably, only those listed by name or with a noted guest on your formal invitation are included. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding be adults-only?

Answer

Yes — our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with a few special exceptions. Please refer to your formal invitation for the names of those invited.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire is Sunday best with an elegant touch. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels both refined and comfortable—something that makes you feel your absolute best for a beautiful afternoon celebration.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

There are two locations on the property for our celebration. The ceremony will be held in the beautiful greenhouse (don’t worry — it’s heated!). After the ceremony, guests will take a short walk to the indoor reception space to continue the festivities. If you need assistance getting between locations, golf cart transportation will be available and provided by the venue staff.

Is there parking, and is it free or paid?

Answer

Parking is free and available on-site! All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area or along the drive — please don’t park on the grass or lawn surfaces.

Will the bar take card, cash or free bar?

Answer

We’ll be hosting an open bar — drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Most importantly, we want everyone to celebrate safely, so please plan ahead with a designated driver or take advantage of Uber and Lyft, which are readily available in the area.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Answer

No — our venue has its own liquor license, so all alcohol must be purchased and served through their bar. Outside alcohol isn’t permitted. To avoid any issues (and keep the party going!), please leave flasks, coolers, and outside drinks at home. The good news? The bar will be fully stocked and ready to serve all night — no BYOB needed!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, walk to the ceremony location, and find your seat. Arriving a little early will help everything run smoothly and keep things stress-free before the celebration begins!

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Answer

Somewhere between “light sweater” and “where’s my parka?” Expect it to be chilly…bring a warm coat!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Save the Dates will be sent in April and will include a link to our wedding website. While RSVPs will not be collected at that time, the website will provide helpful details as you begin planning. Formal invitations will be mailed in late summer and will include RSVP instructions. We kindly ask that all guests respond by October 19, as this allows us to provide an accurate headcount to our vendors. Thank you so much for celebrating with us—we can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Can I ship a gift to your home?

Yes! Anything purchased from our registry will be shipped directly to our home. If you run into any issues or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Ben or Emma directly — we’ll be happy to help!

Where should I fly into?

Answer

To make your travel as smooth as possible, we recommend flying into Springfield–Branson National Airport (SGF), which is approximately 15–20 minutes from our hotel blocks at the Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield and Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MO, making it the most convenient option. Additional nearby airports include Tulsa International Airport (TUL) at about 2 hours and 45 minutes away, and Kansas City International Airport (MCI) at approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes away. For a more budget-friendly option, you can fly with Breeze Airways into Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) in Fayetteville, Arkansas, which is about 2 hours from both hotel locations. No matter where you’re coming from, we’re so excited to have you join us and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas, but we’d love for everyone to stay inside and celebrate with us instead!
