Please RSVP as soon as possible to help the bride and groom have a seamless planning process. Thank you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie. We would prefer if women avoided black. Our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing black gowns. Sorry if this causes any inconveniences.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Our guest list is reserved for our closest loved ones and the venue space is at capacity. Your RSVP will show listed invitees.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Does Essex Club have any policies we should be aware of?

Yes, unfortunately there is a “no shot” policy at any of the bar stations.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Are you providing transportation?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a coach bus for all the guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel to arrive and come back safely from the venue. The bus will be leaving the hotel at 4:30pm.
