Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Sister Bay Trolley will provide transportation to and from Open Hearth, Pheasant Park, & The Inn at Little Sister. Here is the schedule: 1:50pm pick up at The Inn at Little Sister 2:10pm pick up at Pheasant Park 2:40pm pick up at Open Hearth Shuttle back to all hotels at 8:55pm, 9:25pm, 9:55pm, 10:25pm, 10:55pm, & 11:25pm. All cars removed by 9:30am on Saturday.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:30 and 2:45. The ceremony is in a beautiful outdoor area behind the venue. It may take a few minutes to get there.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment without distractions—and so everyone can be fully present with us. Once we say “I do,” feel free to snap away during the celebration!

Absolutely—did you meet the bride? Clear some space on the dance floor and bring your best moves!

Is there an open bar?

Yes! We’ll have an open bar until 7:30pm. After that, it will switch to a cash bar.

Will there be a vegetarian/gluten-free options?

Yes! We’ve made sure to include options for various dietary needs—just be sure to select your meal preference when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is the ceremony and the reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place in a beautiful forest area just behind the venue. Afterward, we’ll head to the reception inside the venue’s classy barn. During cocktail hour, enjoy drinks, appetizers, lawn games, and even a cozy fireplace to gather around before dinner and dancing!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual! Think sundresses, jumpsuits, or dress shirts with slacks—polished but comfortable. The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home.
