Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at the Pavilion at Crystal Lake Ranch. It is a 2 minute drive from the Mansion, where the reception will be held. To access the Pavilion inside the property, enter the black gate with the Crystal Lake Ranch logo and take a right on Diamond Lake Ln. Please park at the top of the walkway and make your way to the seats on the Pavilion. Guests should begin taking their seats at 3:45pm.

Where is the reception?

The cocktail hour and reception will be held on the patio of the Mansion. Feel free to go in and out of the Mansion as needed. 5148 N 259 Hwy, Broken Bow, OK 74728 Important: Take the left side of the road to access The Mansion

When do I need to RSVP by?

When should we arrive and leave?

Answer

Guests are able to arrive Thursday, October 30 starting at 6pm for a night of hanging out at the cabin. Festivities begin on Friday. Checkout is on Sunday, November 2nd at 11 AM.

What if I can't arrive on Thursday evening?

Answer

We understand this might not be possible for everyone. Please let the couple know your arrival time as soon as possible so that plans can be made accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will be dressy casual. We suggest short or long dresses for women and button downs with slacks or pants for men. The ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. For women, we suggest a midi or longer dress. For men, a sports coat, button-down, and slacks is perfect. We encourage everyone to choose a style and color that makes them feel confident and comfortable.

What will the weather be like in Broken Bow?

Answer

Typically, highs are in the 60s–70s, and evenings can dip into the 40s. Pack a jacket just in case.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both be outdoors. Please bring a jacket- it will be chilly. Feel free to step inside at any time!

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus one's are by invitation only.

Where will my plus one stay?

Answer

Your plus one will stay in your cabin with you. Sleeping arrangements for the bridal party and their plus ones will be posted in the cabin.

Are we all going to be doing the same activities?

Answer

All activities are completely optional! You’re welcome to join us for fishing and pickleball, or take some time to explore all the great things Broken Bow and Hochatown have to offer!
