We are expecting a crisp autumn day with temperatures in the 50s.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be enjoyed outside, followed by indoor dinner and dancing once the sun goes down.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Welcome Reception at 7PM Thursday, October 9th. This will be hosted in the Grand Ave, directly next to the hotel lobby. Light bites and a cash bar will be available. Post wedding activities on Saturday and Sunday include the famous Sunday River Fall Festival in town.

What are the meal options during our stay?

Answer

Dinner will be provided at the wedding reception. In addition, there is a breakfast restaurant and a small cafe on site. When booking your room reservation, you will have the option to select breakfast included in your nightly rate. Outside of that, there are several local restaurants near the hotel. We have listed a few in our 'Things To Do' tab.
