Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Open bar will start at cocktail hour and go through the end of our reception. There will be a cash bar available prior to the ceremony for those who wish to grab a drink!

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service provided to and from the reception. We will have the shuttle make two pick ups at the hotel prior to the ceremony and will make two trips back to the hotel after the reception. The shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue at 3:05pm and 3:55pm. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the shuttle departure. At the end of the reception shuttles will depart from the venue back to the hotel at 9:15pm and 10pm.

Due to anticipated attendance and venue size, we kindly request no children other than those in the bridal party. Thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos and videos during our ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment!
