Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place promptly at 6:30 pm at our venue, Tappan Hill Mansion. Cocktail hour and reception to follow, without any further travel required.

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors on a paved patio, if weather permits. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and the reception will be completely indoor. You will not need to walk on grass. In case of rain, an indoor option is available.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus from the hotels (all 3 on the travel page) to the venue and back to the hotels at the end of the reception. All return buses will stop at the Courtyard Marriott on the way back to bring those who wish to attend to the after party. Please see the Travel page for additional details.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be black-tie optional- we encourage you to get dressed up without the pressure of renting a tux or finding a ballgown. Jackets required. Floor length dresses, fancy cocktail dresses or dressy pantsuits are all acceptable!

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you can commit, but no later than May 10, 2024.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those indicated on invitations will be able to be accomodated.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids but we are unfortunately limited to adults listed on the invitations only. You are welcome to bring your kids to the pre-wedding celebration at the Sailhouse on Saturday and Captain Lawrence Brewing on Sunday. If you are interested in child care options for Saturday night please reach out to us.
