How We Met
Amanda came to Iowa in the fall of 2018 and matches with Alex on, you guessed it, Tinder. We talked over phone for the next couple weeks. Amanda’s mom and sister lived in Iowa, and she decided to join them! (Alex was just an extra perk!) The day after Christmas, we had our first date at Jethros! From then on out, we’ve been together ever since!
A Couple Dogs and A House!
We moved in to our house in Winterset on January of 2019! It was a dream come true! We already had Duke (our English Springer Spaniel) and decided to take in Lacey (our Maltese)! Sadly Miss Lacey crossed the rainbow bridge in June! That’s our little family! And we couldn’t be happier!
Ring Time!
Alex propsed on October 11th, 2019 with a pumpkin and some flowers on one of the covered bridges of Madison county! Amanda was completely shocked and excited! She said YES!
