FAQs

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes!! Children of all ages (including crying babies as ours will probably be crying too) are absolutely welcome. We just ask that you add them on your RSVP or text McKenna with any additional guests. We did our best to add everyone to the family invite.

Question

What’s the dress attire?

Answer

Attire for women is very modest yet elegant. We ask you wear a modest yet comfy dress. Attire for men is dress pants and a button down dress shirt or a suit. There is typically a lot of standing in our church so please wear comfortable shoes. If you wish, you are more than welcome to change into something more comfortable for the reception after the ceremony.

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding will be inside the church so dress accordingly

Question

What does the parking situation look like?

Answer

There is parking around the back and up the sides of the church parking lot. If parking at the church is full, there is a dirt lot directly across the street from the church that you’re welcome to use

Question

Can I post your wedding pictures on my social media?

Answer

Due to children and some local law enforcement friends being present at our ceremony, we kindly ask you don’t post on social media for everyone’s privacy. Sharing pictures with family members via text is absolutely accepted

Question

Are there any clothing colors I should refrain from wearing?

Answer

The only color we ask guests not to wear is white, ivory, cream or red. We don’t have a set wedding theme or color so any other colors work!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that your phones be turned off during the ceremony. We have a photographer that will be taking pictures of the ceremony itself. If you would like to take pictures of the church, please do so before or after the ceremony. Photos are allowed and encouraged for the reception
