When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by XXXX. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we unfortunately cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no' .

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: Floor length grown, midi dresses, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suit and tie or bowtie. No bright colors, jeans, or wearing colors traditionally reserved for the Bride (whites, ivories, and creams) please!

When should we arrive at the event?
Answer
If you plan to make it to the ceremony, it will begin at 4PM sharp. We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior. If you are arriving during cocktail hour, please feel free to arrive anytime between 4:30 and 6PM as we have an extended cocktail hour. The reception will begin promptly at 6PM.

Will there be parking?

Yes, we will have valet parking for guests on site.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If specified on your invitation. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests and we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask the Bride & Groom directly.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar including beer, wine, liquor, and after dinner cordials. Bringing cash to tip the bartenders is greatly appreciated.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is adults only. We appreciate your understanding.

I have a severe food allergy and/or am vegan or vegetarian.
Answer
Our venue will be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or sensitivities, on-site the evening of the reception, including Vegetarian, Vegan, & Gluten-Free Meals. If you have a severe food allergy, such as peanut, shellfish, gluten, etc or you need a vegetarian or vegan accommodation, please let your server know at dinner.

I’m having issues with RSVPing online.
Answer
You’ll have to enter in your name in the online RSVP system exactly as it is addressed on your invitation or it will not be recognized. If you’re still having trouble you can contact the Bride & Groom with your RSVP.

The hotel says there are no more rooms under the hotel block.
Answer
This means the Bride & Groom need to add more rooms to the block. Please contact the Bride or Groom so that they may do so. If you are trying to book after XX, then the hotel is no longer being reserved at the group rate and you will need to book through the hotel directly at the current rate.

I RSVP'd but now I can't make it.
Answer
If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d and you’re no longer able to attend, please let the Bride & Groom know as soon as possible. We completely understand that life happens, but an early heads-up will help us update our venue and make the necessary arrangements. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness!
