Things To Do

Some of the bride and groom's favourite things to do in Vancouver!

HOTELS

Vancouver, BC, Canada

We recommend staying north of Hycroft Manor. A couple of areas/neighborhoods to consider are Kitsilano (AirBnBs), Granville Island (boutique hotels on the water), and Coal Harbour (the latter being our favourite and where we'll be staying). The area around Hycroft, Shaughnessy, is a nice area but limited in hotels. An AirBnB is always an option in downtown Vancouver as well. Vancouver is a very safe city, but we wouldn't recommend staying in or east of Gastown (though Gastown is beautiful - visit at the very least!)

Cactus Club Cafe

1085 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3, Canada

One of our favourite date spots from living in Vancouver. Amazing food and great views in our favourite part of the city (Coal Harbour)! The bride recommends the Bellini and Lettuce Wraps

Miku Vancouver

200 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1S4, Canada

Our favourite sushi

Stanley Park

Vancouver, BC V6G 1Z4, Canada

World famous, speaks for itself. Walk or bike the seawall!

Granville Island

Vancouver, BC, Canada

A Vancouver classic. Local markets and shops right on the water!

Hy's Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar

637 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2G2, Canada

Great steakhouse - get the cheese toast!

Panago Pizza

1278 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6H 1G6, Canada

Tyler worked for Panago when we first met! We still have pizza date nights every time we visit Vancouver. Try the Chicken Club

Capilano Suspension Bridge

3735 Capilano Road, North Vancouver, BC V7R 4J1, Canada

Famous park and bridge. Lynn Valley suspension bridge is a good free alternative!
