Some cities that will have amazing colors are: Aspen, Crested Butte, Ouray, Telluride, Breckenridge, and Vail. Hiking Areas: Rocky Mountain National Park (Bear Lake Loop), Maroon Bells near Aspen, Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Kenosha Pass, trails around Frisco and Breckenridge.
Skeleton Craze A yearly competition where local businesses, galleries, and other organizations decorate their storefronts, walls, and sidewalks with skeletons. Visitors can vote for their favorite display. Manitou Cliff Dwellings A fun activity for all ages where you can touch the walls, climb ladders, and grind corn. The dwellings were originally discovered in southwest Colorado and moved to Manitou Springs in the early 1900s. Historic district Manitou Springs was considered sacred by the Cheyenne, Mountain Ute, and Arapaho tribes. The area is dotted with natural mineral springs that are still open to the public. Downtown Manitou Springs has a downtown area with shops and restaurants that run along Manitou Avenue and Fountain Creek.
