When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! We ask that everyone RSVP no later than May 13th so that we have an accurate headcount to provide to our reception venue.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, in order to be mindful of our reception venue's capacity, we ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one unless explicitly stated on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love children, the reception is an adults-only event. We want you to be able to let loose and enjoy the evening with us! Kids are welcome at the mass!

Why was I not asked for my meal selection when submitting my RSVP?

Answer

The Chalfonte will be serving meals family style. This means that each table will have a handful of different options, including salad, pasta, multiple entrees, and vegetables so guests can serve themselves as they see fit. We will be sure to accommodate all special dietary restrictions shared in our RSVP form.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We don't mind if you would like to take pictures throughout the day or post to your social networks, we just ask that you are mindful of not blocking views for other guests or causing a distraction. We will have professional photographers there to capture all the big moments throughout the day, so we encourage you to remain present and enjoy the company of family and friends.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church for the ceremony. It is in the church parking lot in the rear of the church. There is no parking lot at the Chalfonte for the reception, but street parking should be available in the area if needed.
