A shuttle will pick up guests from Hotel Fort Des Moines for the wedding ceremony in 15 minute increments beginning at 1:15pm with the last shuttle leaving the hotel at 1:45pm. St. Ambrose is a quick 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the hotel. Free parking is available in any of the lots surrounding the cathedral. Pay to park is available on High Street, 7th Street and 6th Ave.
Yes, secured and covered valet parking is available for $33. There is also a covered, third-party parking garage available behind the hotel at no cost.
