Where should i stay?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn in Johnson City. Booking details and nearby accommodations are available on the “Travel” page. If you wish to reserve a room on the hotel block but it is at capacity, please reach out to Audrey Ulfers

When should I book the hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking ASAP, but the hotel block rate will end one month prior to the wedding on August 5th

Can i fly to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, but unfortunately, there are no direct flights from New Orleans. TRI is the closest, but AVL is often the cheapest. See "Travel" for more details

Is the Welcome Party required?

Answer

No! But it is required you wear all white if you are attending

what time should i arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for seating

Yes, absolutely!

We couldn't ask for more than our loved ones travelling to be with us on our special day, but if you wish to celebrate with a gift, please see the “Registry” page
