Where is the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Timberlake Earth Sanctuary 1501 Rock Creek Dairy Rd, Whitsett, NC 27377. The ceremony and reception are held at the same venue and will both occur outdoors. The ceremony will take place under the shade of pine trees. The reception will take place a short walk away from the ceremony space on a patio under a party tent. The venue will provide golf cart rides for guests who need assistance traveling between the parking lot, ceremony, and reception locations.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Please only bring your child/children if they're name has been specified on your invitation envelope or you've spoken to us about it as our venue has limited capacity. If you don't have the invitation envelope you can also enter your name in the RSVP section of the website to see the names of any other people associated with your invite.

Answer

Please only bring a plus one if it's been specified on your invitation envelope or you've spoken to us about it as our venue has limited capacity. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is "Garden Party" i.e. summer suits and summer dresses. The ceremony and will occur outside, so it is not the best walking surface for thin heeled shoes. Although the ceremony will occur under a canopy of pine trees, please be prepared in the case of rainy weather.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has a parking lot and parking attendants on site, but please use an Uber, Lyft, or cab service if you choose to drink.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour following the ceremony. Dinner will be several options of Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas. An open bar of local beer and wine will be served during the cocktail hour and reception.
