Things To Do

We're so excited to share a few of our favorite places with you! For our out of town travelers, we truly hope you enjoy your time in the North FL, South GA area.

Bannerman Crossings Shopping Center

3425 Bannerman Road, Tallahassee, FL 32312

Tons of shopping and dining areas in this walkable, downtown area. We highly recommend trying out The Wharf, one of our favorite seafood restaurants!

Tom Brown Park

443-557 Easterwood Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32311

One of our favorite outdoor, recreational areas in town. If you're looking to be a little more active and enjoy the outdoors, Tom Brown has a lot to offer including walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, and more. Fun fact, Dylan proposed at the highest peak of the walking trail!

Cascades Park

1001 S Gasden Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301

Cascades is a beautiful park in the center of town. Great area for a walk with stunning views. Cascades also has a lot of restaurant, coffee, and bar options, which are all walking distance from the park. We highly recommend checking out Charlie Park for great food, drinks, and views of the entire park from the rooftop restaurant.

Historic Thomasville Downtown

111 West Jackson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792

Downtown Thomasville is a must see! It gives the perfect old, small town vibes with a ton of great restaurants, shops, events, etc. Even if you're planning to stay in Tallahassee, it would be a fun day trip to visit! Park in front of any shop/restaurant, and walk on foot to explore all it has to offer. However, Thomasville is a very traditional small town so they are typically closed on Sunday's.

Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park

3540 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, FL 32309

Fun fact, this is where we did our engagement photos (shout out Kiley Ward for our stunning pics)! There is so much history and beauty to explore in this state park, so we highly recommend visiting! There is typically an entry/parking fee per vehicle, but it is very affordable, and well-worth the price.
