FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you come to the wedding dressed in your best Black-Tie attire. For men, this would be a tuxedo or a dark colored suit (tuxedo highly preferred). For the ladies, please wear a floor-length formal gown. In addition, ladies are encouraged to wear fun, vibrant colors to match the summer season and rich New Orleans culture!

Question

Are children welcome to join?

Answer

Although we love your children, due to limited guest capacity, our celebration will be adults-only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your formal invitation and will appear under your name when you formally RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors! We will, however, Second Line from the church to the reception—crossing Canal Street—so expect a festive, short outdoor procession between venues.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:15 PM to find your seat and settle in.
