We're Getting Married!

It all started in the golden era of Myspace—when picking a Top 8 was the ultimate sign of affection. A single DM turned into late-night chats, inside jokes, and eventually, something much bigger. As fate would have it, Duc and Helen’s families were already intertwined—his parents had worked alongside her father for years (talk about a small world!). College took them on separate but equally ambitious paths—Helen to UNC for pre-med and Duc to UNC-Charlotte for computer science. Distance made the heart grow fonder, and through late-night study sessions and long drives, their bond only grew stronger. As Helen tackled medical school with the dream of becoming a dermatologist, Duc was her rock, cheering her on every step of the way. Fast forward through years of hard work, love, and unwavering support—Helen has now matched into Dermatology in Washington, DC, and before diving into residency, they’re sealing the deal! Their journey together is proof that true love isn’t just about the good times but about standing strong through every challenge. The next chapter is unwritten, but one thing is certain—their love story is forever.
