Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you wear formal or semi-formal attire. Please note, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Please dress for the weather and choose appropriate footwear for grass.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on site parking. You may either park on the street in front of the mansion (both sides) or at the Fairfield Town Hall (611 Old Post Road, Fairfield). The parking lot is adjacent to the venue and less than a minute walk. You can also follow the signs posted for parking on the day of the event. You may also utilize Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare apps for a ride to the venue. They are very popular in this area and typically have minimal wait times!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive with ample time to enjoy a drink and find a seat. We recommend arriving between 4:00 and 4:15pm. Please be mindful that there may be traffic due to the holiday weekend, parents weekend at the university, and I-95 in general!

Will there be transportation to the after party or hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service at the end of the evening to both the hotel (Best Western Plus, Fairfield) and the after party (Geronimo's). The shuttle will do multiple runs to the hotel - so don't worry about rushing to find a seat!

I have a dietary restriction, can you accommodate that?

Answer

Of course! Please reach out to us if you have any special allergies or restrictions and we can make the caterer aware. We will also have vegetarian and vegan options.
