This says reception only, are you having a ceremony?

Answer

We have decided to keep our ceremony intimate, so there will not be a ceremony during this event. However, we will be sharing a video of the ceremony at the cocktail hour, so don't be late!

Where and when should I stay?

Answer

We will be having a room block available for our guests on Sunday night (and Saturday if you need the whole weekend) , so you can enjoy the night, hop on our shuttle, and get a good night sleep before heading home! We have strategically planned the start time of our reception so you can check-in to the hotel before boarding the shuttle.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with you. Instead of a traditional registry, we have chosen to focus on creating unforgettable memories together on our honeymoon. If you’d like to contribute, a gift towards our adventure would mean the world to us. But most importantly, we’re excited to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify Kelsey or Cesar in regards to your food allergies, so we can communicate any concerns with our caterer.

Is there parking?

Answer

While there is plenty of parking at Reinhart's, there will also be plenty of alcohol. For our guests wishing to drink, we ask kindly that you do not drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Reinhart's is in farm country of Pennsylvania, between winding roads, and we would rather our guests enjoy the night and their drinks. We will be having shuttle service from the hotels with our room block. More information to follow.

Why a barn in the middle of PA?

Answer

We selected this wedding venue because it feels like home — it reflects the tree farm and land where Kelsey spent her childhood. We can't wait for our guests to experience a piece of Kelsey's upbringing, woven together with meaningful touches that honor Cesar's Honduran roots.
