What precautions are you taking for COVID?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with you. In order to keep everyone safe, we are asking all guests to provide proof of vaccination OR a negative PCR COVID test taken 3 days before the wedding. Please fill out this google form to provide proof of vaccination or negative PCR test. https://forms.gle/ZVyC1m9M6SBR6FET7 Guests are welcome to wear a mask, but it is not mandatory. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00pm for our ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Hotels are about 15 minutes away from the venue. There is ample parking at the venue. In the event of light snow on the night, your cars will be cleaned off!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know about any food restrictions so we can make sure you are fed!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Check the 'travel' page on this website for hotels with our room blocks. There are other hotels in the area you are welcome to stay at.

There is plenty of parking at Willowdale.
