FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alexa Cameron and Duane Bracken
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning please RSVP as soon as possible. However the deadline is November 5th 2025, you can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we'd love to invite all of the children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We are asking guests refrain from bringing children unless noted on your invitation. We hope that you understand our decision and are still able to join us on our special day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, we recommend you plan to arrive at least 15-20 min prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue has limited street parking, so we are encouraging all guests to utilize ride share companies and/or carpool to the venue. If you are driving, there are a few garages close by. One is located at 45 N Fifth Ave and one is at 345 E Congress St.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in an outdoor patio but cocktail hour, dinner and the reception will be held indoors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code. Please refrain from wearing jeans or denim and avoid shades of white.

Question

What is considered semi-formal attire?

Answer

Examples include suits, sports coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits and dresses (midi, knee-length or full length.)

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending." If you cannot after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
