This is a traditional Palestinian Henna pre-wedding celebration. You are expected to wear the traditional Palestinian dress, but if you can’t find one, opt for monochrome colors in red, burgundy, orange, white, or purple. What is a Henna Party? A Palestinian henna party is a traditional pre-wedding celebration where family and friends come together to rejoice, sing, dance, and apply henna to the bride. This important cultural event symbolizes blessings, good luck, and the bride's transition into marriage. Please note that this is an all-women party; men are expected to arrive at 7:00 PM. However, there is a waiting area where the groom will be available earlier in case you decide to arrive before then.
