When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Friday, July 12th, 2024 We will not be able to accommodate any RSVP's after the set date.

Question

If my name does not populate on the RSVP list, what should I do?

Answer

If your name does not populate on the RSVP guest list, then please reach out to Melanie via text/call at (559) 901-4782. Formal/Cocktail Male Example: Jacket and tie or a traditional suit Female Example: Dress, pantsuit, LBD

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. There will be a prompt that asks about allergies/dietary restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is optional. However, if you’d like to attend, the ceremony promptly begins at 1:30PM. Please arrive and be in your seat 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, then please wait for the procession to end before you enter the church.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Please arrange your transportation to and from the event. Note: Parking is available.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children, we, regretfully, cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, then we hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us! For guests traveling from out of town, we'd be more than happy to provide a list of vetted childcare providers.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone's date/plus one at our wedding due to restricted numbers. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your date/plus one. If we are unable to invite your date/plus one, we hope you see this as an opportunity to meet and mingle with new people!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

A traditional seven (7) course Vietnamese meal will be served.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! Precautionary Note: One drink at elevation is equivalent to three drinks at sea level.
